Cookies and similar browser storage
Cookies are small values that websites or providers can store through your browser. This site also uses localStorage, a separate browser-storage mechanism. The two categories on this site are Necessary and Analytics.
Necessary storage
Necessary storage supports required website functionality and privacy-choice persistence. It is always active because it remembers whether you accepted or rejected optional Analytics. The site stores xzd-consent-v1 in localStorage, not as a cookie. Its record contains only a policy version and an analytics-consent boolean; it does not contain your name, email, phone number or RFQ text.
The implementation does not set a fixed expiry for this localStorage record. It remains until you change your choice, clear browser storage, or a policy-version change causes the site to ask again.
Optional Analytics
Analytics is denied by default. Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity are loaded only after you accept Analytics. You can reject Analytics without losing access to site content or the RFQ form.
Google Analytics 4
We use Google Analytics 4 measurement ID G-7PSSWCQGJZ to understand page use and buyer journeys. Our event parameters are allowlisted and configured not to send RFQ field values such as names, business email addresses, phone or WhatsApp numbers, or project requirements. Advertising storage, advertising user data and ad personalization remain denied; Google Signals and advertising-personalization signals are disabled.
When Analytics is accepted, Google Analytics may set first-party cookies including _ga and _ga_<container-id> to distinguish users and maintain session state. Google currently documents a default expiration of two years for these cookies, but browser limits, site configuration and future provider changes can affect the actual period.
Microsoft Clarity
We use Microsoft Clarity project ID yurtcjyof7 to understand interaction patterns through behavioral metrics, heatmaps and session-replay features. Depending on the interaction, Clarity may process clicks, scrolling, mouse movements, page and diagnostic events, and a replay representation of the page. The Name, Business Email, Phone or WhatsApp, and Requirements fields are marked with Clarity masking so their field content is not uploaded.
After Analytics consent, Clarity may use cookies including _clck and _clsk to maintain a pseudonymous browser identifier and connect page views within a session. Microsoft documents additional cookies that may apply in some configurations. Current names, purposes and storage periods are controlled and documented by Microsoft, and may change; consult the provider pages below for current details.
No advertising consent category
This consent interface does not offer an advertising category. Advertising storage, advertising user data and ad personalization signals remain denied. The current implementation does not load Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag or remarketing tags.
Manage your choice
On your first visit, choose “Accept Analytics” or “Reject Analytics.” Use “Manage preferences” for category details. Later, use “Cookie Preferences” in the footer to change the Analytics choice. Withdrawal affects future optional analytics collection; you may also clear cookies and site data through your browser.
Storage duration
The necessary localStorage record has no fixed expiry in the implementation. Analytics cookie duration depends on the provider, browser and configuration. Provider documentation linked above is the current source for those periods. Clearing site data may remove both the consent record and provider cookies.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy if browser storage, providers or consent practices change. The published version will show its effective date when approved for release, and later versions will identify the updated effective date.
