Buyer FAQs

Questions to settle before quotation

What information is needed for a tent quotation?+

Share the tent size, estimated quantity, preferred frame and fabric direction, wall configuration, artwork needs, event date, delivery location and required delivery date. XZD Branding will confirm the final specification before quoting.

Can the roof and walls use different graphics?+

Roof panels and wall panels can be planned as separate graphic areas. Include your preferred coverage and logo placements so the artwork layout can be confirmed for the selected tent configuration.

Which artwork details should I provide?+

Provide available vector artwork, logo placement notes, brand colors or Pantone references, and any copy that must appear. If files are not ready, upload a reference and describe the intended layout.

Can I coordinate tents with other event products?+

Yes. A project RFQ can include flags, backdrops, counters, table covers, bags, apparel and promotional items so specifications and timing can be reviewed together.
